Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the access of institutional and qualified investors to the technological platform cryptomarket.kz. This platform is a public-private pilot project for the primary tokenization of commercial real estate objects (Real World Assets) within the territory of Gate District.

1. Legal Context and Regulatory Sandbox

The platform operates within a strictly controlled regulatory environment (sandbox) approved by the Administration of the City of Alatau. Transactions concluded on the platform are recognized as legally significant smart contracts that establish the investor's direct right of claim against the target SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle).

2. Qualification and Access

Participation in the pilot placement of DFA requires passing a strict verification procedure. Access to the asset pool is granted only after signing the user agreement using the state Electronic Digital Signature (EDS of the Republic of Kazakhstan), which is equivalent to a handwritten signature in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Electronic Document and Electronic Digital Signature".

3. Investment Restrictions

The platform acts exclusively as a technological provider of tokenization. We do not forecast or guarantee a fixed rate of return (APY / ROI). All payments are formed organically based on the Live Occupancy indicator (documented rental revenue of the property).
